Can I take pet animals with me on a flight? Are there any regulations? Does anyone know the official website where I can obtain such information? I would also like to know about the regulations for US-Germany.

Yes, you can.

DEPARTURE from Japan:

All the information you need. =]
Not so complicated as importing cats and dogs, thankfully.
As for the flights itself, you will have to contact the carrier that you are using. They are all different. You can surely bring them onto flights, but some allow pets in the cabin and others require pets to be cargo. Call to find out from the airline you are taking.
No, you may not. With all the viruses that cause deadly epidemic to humans, all countries are very strict on animals, coz’ researchers suspect viruses come from animals. Like the AIDS virus from African monkeys, bird’s flu from China, eccoli virus from animals’ feces. Enjoy your travel tours abroad without the rabbits & when you’re back home then attend to them.
The strict implementation on animals is for your own god too. So, just comply & have fun without them rabbits.
You can but it is a TOTAL pain in the butt. First it is really expensive and the price goes up based on the weight of the pet you are taking (it can run into THOUSANDS of dollars), second there is a mandatory quarentine period of 10 days (I think). Unless you are going there to LIVE it probably isn’t worth it. Find a pet hotel or groomer who boards animals in the US. It will save you tons of time, money, and hassle.
it’ll have to be quarinteened. you probably woundn’t get them back until your trip is over.
